VOLUNTEER

The Charity Activities organised and carried out diligently by the Brethren, their Lodges, and the Administration at the Regional Grand Lodge of Southern India has been an ongoing activity over the last 60 years, from the very inception of Freemasonry in India. Along the way, we have partnered with many a worthy organisation and individual that espouse similar disposition of alleviating the need of the poor and assuaging the want of our fellow human being.

Over these years, the range of charity activities and the magnitude of our outreach have been growing by leaps and bounds, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of all the stakeholders.

All the same, we seek partners in our activities all the time to expand our horizons and to improve upon what we are doing this could come from Brethren, and their Friends, Associates and Contacts to help with any useful input that includesBrethren with commitment, time and talent who could volunteer to be

i) Donor Advisors to propagate MERCi and act as a bridge between the Trust and the potential donors.

ii) Project Advisors and Evaluators who can help the Trust quickly evaluate the proposals received from Lodges and Individuals in the Area, ensure that the  forms are filled appropriately and ensure timely submission of progress and completion reports.

iii) Project Auditors who can undertake the financial and implementation audit of projects supported by the Trust as and when called upon.

iv) Communication Advisors who can advise and assist the Lodges and the Trust communicate the projects undertaken to the general community at large and make reports to the various masonic publications and newsletters.

Donors

Brethren with a generous disposition who would be able to participate as Donors for MERCi .
